Working with Jeremy is a treat! I was hesitant to work with a trainer since I had never even been to a gym before. Jeremy was so enthusiastic and jumped right into it, making me feel perfectly comfortable. It’s very apparent that he is passionate about what he does, he’s very well informed and always educating himself to be better for his clients. Jeremy is super professional and makes you excited to work out. He’s so helpful, even outside of the gym you always feel motivated to work! He evaluates you closely and really plays to your strengths, making you feel confident and strong from the start while also finding ways to work on your weak points little by little. He’s always pushing for you to work harder in a way that makes you feel powerful, even on the days when you’re not doing your best. Seriously a very cool guy all around!
