Our Athletic Performance class is designed for athletes that are looking to take their game to the next level on and off the field. Whether you're in season or offseason we will cater to your specific needs to ensure that you get what you need to enhance your game and improve your athletic performance. Muay Thai

Experience the thrill of Muay Thai, a dynamic martial art! Train with retired pro Coach Dan Howard. Dan will take you through a comprehensive workout that focuses on developing your technique, strength, and endurance. You will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai, including strikes, kicks, elbow strikes, and knee strikes, as well as how to apply them in a safe and controlled manner. Designed to help you move & feel better our Mobility class combines the best practices of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Stick Mobility.
